The Urban Renewal Authority is going to publish new rules regarding the conduct between tenants and project organizers. The new guidelines are issued following the profound influence of these two professionals (organizers and lawyers) on the way the project is managed.
As part of the new rules, the new set of guidelines regarding the salary of the organizers and lawyers is expected to be refined. All engagements and contracts in the urban renewal project are managed and signed by the apartment owners, while the state is not a party to these contracts.
