[HIGHLIGHTS] Economic crisis, post-pandemic and the striking fact of how the mental health of Argentines is today

A study by the UBA Faculty of Psychology found that the indicators are better than a year ago. But the numbers are worrying.

The youngest and the lowest socioeconomic sectors, at greatest risk. 9.4% of Argentines are at risk of suffering from a mental disorder. This risk is significantly higher in those who are younger and perceive themselves to be from low socioeconomic sectors. The "mental" balance was geolocated in the main urban centers of the country at the end of 2023 and on a total of 3,141 cases.
