Enel, distribution to A2A in part of Lombardy for 1.2 billion. Enel's subsidiary E-distribuzione has signed an agreement with A 2A for the transfer to the latter of 90% of the share capital of a newco.
The electricity distribution activities in some municipalities in the provinces of Milan and Brescia will be transferred. This was announced in a note which specifies that the agreement provides for the recognition by A2a of a consideration equal to approximately 1.1 billion euros.
