Eni increases dividend in 2024 to 1 euro per share. The group intends to distribute between 30%-35% of its annual operating cash flow through dividends and buybacks, up from the previous 25%-30%.
(HANDLE) The proposed dividend for 2024 is equal to 1euro per share, an increase of over 6% and the buyback is set at 1.1 billion. In the presence of upside, it is expected to allocate up to 60% of the incremental cash flows compared to the Plan.
