Vittorio Sgarbi is being investigated for tax crimes in relation to the purchase of a painting during an auction. The magistrates of Piazzale Clodio have asked for the art critic to be sent to trial.

The prosecutors, coordinated by the deputy StefanoPesci, contested the crime of fraudulent subtraction from the payment of taxes. Debts that theArt critic has with the Revenue Agency for a total of approximately 715 thousand euros. "It will come from the lawyers motivated by the profound contradiction of a magistrate who thinks that I, who at the same time bought works of art for myself, - comments the parliamentarian.
