Former boxer Fabio "La Mole" Moli was sentenced on Monday to two years and two months in prison suspended for the crime of "coercion" The case began after the complaint of Marta "La Negra" Galiano, who denounced Moli for having exercised gender violence against her. The 12th Chamber of Crime of Córdoba acquitted him in the case of minor injuries by prescription and violation of domicile for benefit of the doubt.
To sustain his freedom during the duration of this suspended sentence, he must meet a series of requirements such as attending the Integral Center for Men in Situations of Violence.
