The League of Human Rights (LDH) is challenging the creation of a file containing the personal data of children returned from Syria. The file will include the child's surnames, first names, dates and place of birth, as well as information on his or her parents.
The data will be deleted once the child reaches the age of majority. TheLDH considers that the file affects in an "unjustified and disproportionate" way the rights of these children. The petition was filed in the French Supreme Court.
