Ferragni files appeals to the TAR against Antitrust fine - last minute. Ferragni requests the annulment of the provision with which the Ant itrust inflicted a fine on her companies "Fenice" and "Tbs Crew" last December.
The two appeals - from what we understand - will be entrusted to the first section of the administrative tribunal. They do not contain any request for a precautionary measure, but only a request to schedule the hearing to discuss the merits which should be held by the end of June.
