Orchids should only be fertilized during the growth phase - but then regularly. If an orchid has yellow leaves, this is usually a sign of incorrect care. If you like to bake privately, you might have some dry yeast in your pantry. Seven grams of it dissolved in 100 milliliters of hot water and mixed with two liters of water are ideal as fertilizer.
