The FIFA World Cup is the protagonist of the official logo of the 2026 edition of the world championship tournament. For the first time in history an image of the trophy is part of the symbol of a World Cup, together with the last two numbers, 26, of the year in which the competition will take place.
The logo was presented in Los Angeles by FIFA President Gianni Infantino and two-time world champion RonaldoFenomeno. The 2026 World Cup will be held in the USA, Canada and Mexico, then in three countries and for the firsttime with 48 teams.
