TomTom Ramen chef Tom Shamir is staying at the Flame restaurant in the Carlton Hotel in Tel Aviv, for two days of soups over an open fire, and a lot of meat. The idea was simple but necessary - "rekindling the fire with Ramen Ash", and the preliminary speech dealt with the need to draw inspiration from the world, to excite and innovate, but to keep prices accessible.

The pop-up (Sunday-Monday, April 7-8) is designed to answer and respond to all of these.
