France, little Emile's bones found 9 months after his disappearance. Cause of death still unknown.
The child disappeared on Saturday 8 July in the small village of Haut-Vernet, in the French Alps of Provence. About a hundred gendarmes are expected on site today as part of an operation to search for other remains of the little boy to help determine the circumstances of his death. On the web, a group 'Prions pour Emile' (Let's pray for Emile) has launched a collection to help parents "pay for funerals and have masses said"
