From October 1st, points-based license for safety at work - Last hour. Companies and self-employed workers who operate on temporary or mobile construction sites are required to have a license.
The license starts from thirty credits and allows you to operate with an endowment equal to or greater than 15 credits. The draft of the Pnrr decree provides for this and will come into force from 1 October 2024. The licenses are issued by the National Labor Inspectorate after registration with the chamber of commerce.
