From October 1st the points-based license for safety at work - Companies. Companies and self-employed workers who operate on temporary or mobile construction sites are required to have a license.
The license starts from thirty credits and allows you to operate with an endowment equal to or greater than 15 credits. The draft of the Pnrr decree provides for this. It is issued by the National Labor Inspectorate after registration with the chamber of commerce; the fulfillment by the employer and workers of training obligations.
