Silvio Berlusconi's children have agreed to sell Villa Certosa on the Costa Smeralda, in Sardinia, for 500 million euros. Among the possible buyers, comments the FT, there are Arab and American billionaires and international hotel groups.
The sale will not be advertised, the sources point out, and viewings are expected to begin this month. The FT also recalls that the villa was valued at 260 million euros in 2021, and that the asking price is currently higher than the sum that the family expects from the sale.
