Israel is building a road in the center of the Gaza Strip that divides the north from the south of the Palestinian territory. The road is to facilitate Israeli military raids and control the movement of the local population, say US think tanks Institute for War Studies (ISW) and Critical Threats Project (CTP), quoted by the Arab broadcaster Al Jazeera.
