Based on data from IPCC experts and taking into account local specificities and soil typology, Axa climate assessed the yo-yo effects of climate on agricultural production in 2030 and 2050. “We don't have any olive trees yet, but some of my colleagues have already planted almond trees,” says cereal grower Michel Masson.
