Two of the models were made in the 17th century. They were used to show the relationship between France and Italy.
The models are now in a museum in the town of Mont-Dauphin, in the south of France. They are part of a larger collection of works of art that are being displayed in the city. The rest of the images are on display at the Hotel des Invalides in Mont-dauphine, on the outskirts of the city, until the end of the year.
