Only 9 out of 21 manage to do so while 12 have values below the threshold in at least one of the three macro-areas examined. Valle d'Aosta is the region with the worst data: it is the only one with values below threshold in all three indicators. Piedmont (District and Hospital), Campania (Prevention, District), Basilicata (District, Hospital) and Calabria (prevention and District) are lacking in two sectors.
