Nayara Ibarbia died in April 2017 in Córdoba when Gustavo Villarreal crashed his Fiat Uno into a truck. Nayara's family suspected from the outset that the crash had been intentional.
The case was labeled as "culpable homicide" until it was changed to "homicide aggravated by the link and by mediating gender violence" After six years, the Justice gave him the reason:Villarreal was sentenced to life imprisonment. The jury was unanimous in a unanimous decision.
