Leo Lanussol is a former co-worker and friend of Narda Lepes. He created one of the most original cuisines in Buenos Aires and is now dedicated to opening restaurants for others.

He has just opened Nika Club Omakase, a new premium Japanese cuisine restaurant in Palermo. The chef has reinvented himself with a company that, he assures, does not have a similar one in Argentina: they hire him to set up restaurants. For eight years he worked alongside Lepes, whom he defines as his friend.
