A man ran over two women and fled with one of them on the hood. The sequence was recorded by a security camera installed near the corner of Miter and Dorrego.
The people attacked are relatives of the 16-year-old teenager with whom the man had allegedly contacted virtually. The driver of the vehicle, according to her family's accusation, had agreed to meet with her after contacting her through an instant messaging application. Both are out of danger and the driver turned himself in hours later.
