National Route 14 runs along the coast of the Uruguay River of Entre Ríos and Corrientes. It crosses the mountain range - between herbaceous fields and tea plantations - of the center of Misiones.
From end to end, the road to the Falls has gas stations in almost all the cities and towns it passes through. The maximum speed on the highway is reduced to 80 km/h in urban areas and 110 kilometers per hour in the narrow areas beyond Paso de los Libres.
