The government has formalized the presentation of an amendment on the powers of the Court of Auditors to the decree on the PA. The amendment proposal signed by the executive contains two different rules concerning the Court's audits.
The first is a one-year extension until 30 June 2024 of the so-called tax damage shield. The second rule, on the other hand, removes the concomitant control, i.e. on all the expenses of the PNRR funds, according to the law.
