A precedent plan is being launched in the Leopards complex in the city of Eilat. The plan includes the demolition of 4 old buildings that include 70 decades-old apartments, and the construction of 400 apartments in several towers.
As part of the Binoy eviction program, each owner of a new apartment in a new building with additional space will receive an elevator and new infrastructure, a residential protected area (MMD), a balcony and an underground parking lot. The apartment owners will also be entitled to a budget for the maintenance of the existing building until its demolition.
