The Planning Administration approved a detailed Pinui-Binui plan in Nof HaGalil – this is the first plan in the Northern District, in private entrepreneurship without economic completion on behalf of the state. 778 apartments will be built.
At the center of the plan is planned about 13.8 dunams of significant green public space that will connect the main urban park – the existing Yigal Alon Park and the new residential complex. The complex currently has 120 residential units in five 5-story residential buildings that will be evacuated for the new project.
