In Île-de-France, three zoos offer apprentice keeper experiences. Parrot World, in Crécy-la-Chapelle (Seine-et-Marne), the Paris Zoological Park in the Bois de Vincennes (12th century) and the Wow Safari Thoiry (Yvelines) We tested the latter two, whose programs are very different, with a clear preference for Thoirie, where children spend time with a good half-dozen animals.
