Three unions of hospital doctors denounce a situation that "has never been so serious" at the public hospital. They demand "the immediate resumption of negotiations" with the Ministry of Health.

After a mobilization on June 20 at the call of all trade unions except the CFDT, other doctors' unions are angry. The three unions represent more than 40% of practitioners, and even 70% of university hospitals. They want an increase in all remuneration to take account of inflation, as well as an "immediate revaluation" of night and weekend on-call duty.
