How long do eggs last – and how do I store them correctly?. As of: March 12, 2024, 1:36 p.m By: Pauline Wyderka CommentsPressSplit Depending on their condition, cooked or raw, and where they are stored, eggs have different shelf lives.

In Germany, it is stipulated that an egg has a shelf life of at least 28 days from the time it is laid. Raw eggs can even be cracked and then frozen, either with the whites and yolks or separated. When cooked hard they can be kept there for up to 14 days and if you cook them properly they don't burst!
