English singer Ed Sheeran is vacating his luxury apartment in Brooklyn, New York. He and his family will vacate it for another tenant who can afford to pay the rent.
The apartment comes with a 12-month lease and is offered furnished. The required price for the triplex, $38,000 per month, is approaching the record price in the Brooklyn rental market - which is $40,00 per month. The singer was involved in a copyright infringement lawsuit last year, and last May he won the lawsuit.
