The owners of the apartments in Holon, who have been living in a construction site for almost a decade, are demanding millions from a real estate company. They entered into an agreement TMA 38/1 strengthening, thickening, and addition and demanded the end of the project.

According to attorney Emmanuel Yuzuk, despite the entry of funds by the buyers, the project has stalled to this very day. In the lawsuit, the defendants are required to complete all the required work, obtain an occupancy form for the building, and compensate the existing apartments in the building with millions of shekels due to the long delay in the execution of the projects. The lawsuit has been submitted to the District Court in Tel Aviv, and is expected to be heard in the next few weeks. The company has not yet responded to requests for comment on the lawsuit. According to the lawsuit, the owners of the old apartments in the building decided to enter into a TMA 38 agreement with the company. Despite the passage of many years from the date specified in the TMA agreement, the project has not yet been completed. The plaintiffs are forced to live at a construction site, and all this while the company is refusing to compensate them for the delay in delivery. The company is doing nothing to complete the work or correct the many deficiencies in the project, some of which pose a real danger to life, according to Attorney Yuzuk. It is claimed that the project is connected to the electricity grid, in a provisional manner, with a high voltage cable extending from the electricity pole adjacent to the building into one of the apartments. This, it is claimed, was allegedly done in a pirated manner, without obtaining the required permits, and worse, even in a negligent and life-threatening manner. According to the agreement, the company had to finish the project over 3 years ago, which is telling.
