The National Agency for Secure Securities has been experiencing a computer failure since Thursday. It makes its site partly inaccessible to users, but a solution exists to carry out its steps.
Simply enter another internet address, the URL, to access the site. This URL actually links directly to the login page and not to the home page. The TSSA states that the technical problem it is experiencing is "beyond its control" It will communicate again when the difficulty has passed. The agency manages documents such as driving licences, passports and identity cards.
