Autopsy revealed that the victim, a 31- year-old, was killed by multiple stab wounds. It is certain "that the fatal stabbings were inflicted by one of the children under the age of criminal responsibility", the authorities said. The boy is believed to be in the custody of the local police force in Dortmund.
