Sylvain is a 40-year-old father of two children aged 4 and 10. He runs ten kilometers in less than fifty minutes in the Bois de Vincennes.
"Before my injury, I did it every day, but I slowed down the pace with three outings during the week and one on weekends," says the tall scallop from Nogent-sur-Marne. The father-of-two is technical director of a start-up and father to two young children.
