In the past week, more than 300 thousand Italians were put to bed by flu-like syndromes. Young children were still the most affected, with 15.30 cases per thousand.
Only 2.4% of the samples analyzed by the laboratories belonging to the RespiVirNet network tested positive, compared to 4.2% the previous week. Among the Regions, the season ended in Basilicata, Friuli Venezia-Giulia and the Autonomous Province of Trento.
