The 46th edition of the International Short Film Festival takes place from February 2 to 10. This year's program includes more than 100 short films from around the world.
For the first time in the festival's history, the number of programs has been reduced. The cost of the festival has also been reduced from 200,000 to 100,000 euros. The prize for the best short film will be awarded to a film from a different country. The winner will be announced at the end of the event.
