The Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK) proposes to work with emission caps and the CO2 price. Chancellor Olaf Scholz sees concerns about the heating law largely dispelled.. The heating law is currently being discussed in the Bundestag. It remains to be seen what the law will look like at the end of the year.
