Shavuot 2023: Cheese matching by R2M's The White Dairy in Tel Aviv, with Glenfiddich whisky from the Scottish company. The meeting between Omer Ganor, the ambassador of the Scottish whisky brand in Israel on behalf of the Kerem company, and Tomer Eshed, the head cheesemaker of the Tel Aviv dairy, opened with smiles.
The appropriate cheeses are brie, camembert and even burrata style, only without special seasoning or unusual toppings such as truffles.
