Judges, judicial administration for Visibilia Editore - Last hour. The Business Section of the Civil Court of Milan has ordered the judicial administration.
The judges, after the results of the inspection which highlighted serious critical issues in the accounts and management of the spa, accepted the request of the deputy Laura Pedio and of the prosecutor Marina Gravina. The company was founded by the Minister of Tourism Daniela Santanché and chaired by her until January 2022, before disposing of positions and shares.
