Kaufland is introducing a new payment system. Customers will soon be able to pay for purchases with the in-house app.
The supermarket giant is working with two other companies. Kaufland Pay is expected to be released in autumn 2023. It is possible that some customers will rely on it instead of the new Girocard, which could have consequences for shopping, as "Computer Bild" also reports. The new system can be used regardless of the amount to be paid. There is no need for the Internet.
