Kiev: family burns in fire in Kharkiv, 'the Russians will pay' - last minute. Head of the Ukrainian presidential office, Andry Yermak, wrote on Telegram after a Russian attack in night caused a large fire involving residential buildings in the eastern Ukrainian city.
Police announced that in one of the residential buildings an entire family was burned alive due to the fire: "The father, the mother and their three children aged 7 and 4 and a seven-month-old baby"
