Laurent Guimier, who manages CMA CGM's media division, replaces Jean-Emmanuel Sauvée. The latter will take over the management of a maritime division of Rodolphe Saadé's group.
The board of directors of the regional daily La Provence approved on Wednesday the appointment of Laurent Guimer as its chairman. He succeeds Jean- emmanuel SauVée, who was in charge of the transformation of the group since its acquisition by the billionaire in October 2022.
