Liberty Media takes everything, 4 billion for Motogp - F1. Now it's official: after F1, the world championship comes to the American group.

Liberty Media, already owner of Formula 1 from 2017, will acquire, in cash and shares, 86% of Dorna Sports, while the managers of the Madrid company (starting with the CEO, Carmelo Ezpeleta) will maintain control of the remaining shares.
