Lidl Italia leaves Federdistribuzione due to failure to renew the Ccnl. "This decision was made with the aim of giving concrete and immediate answers to its 22 thousand employees, who in recent years have seen a progressive erosion of their purchasing power due to inflation", says Massimiliano Silvestri, president of Lidl italia.
The company will apply the CCnl already renewed by Confcommercio which provides for salary and one-off increases already defined.
