Depending on what type of tiny house it is, the lifespan varies quite a bit, as the consulting firm for tiny pants Indiviva reports on its website. A cottage on wheels that stands on a pitch will last 10 to 15 years. Only materials with building code approval are used in these houses. Their shelf life is significantly longer and, according to Indivia, is even at least 40 years.
