The Gilmore Girls star spoke at length about her relationship with the Friends actor. “Although he was never technically a boyfriend, he was almost in my life,” Lauren Graham said, adding that Matthew Perry was “a friend and a constant” in recent years. The paths of the two actors had crossed again thanks to the gift given by the actor to Lauren Graham for her 57th birthday in March 2023.
