Thomas Markle Jr., Meghan's half-brother, continues to display his disenchantment with his younger daughter, through videos posted on the online platform. Filming himself for almost an hour in front of the camera, he lets all his thoughts come to him, all as malicious as they are eccentric.
In this new video, he insults her as an “absolutely narcissistic” woman. The 57-year-old man did another sequence, brown wig on his head, tiara and padding on his chest to... better resemble him. Several royal experts have protested against this relentlessness, including former BBC correspondent Jennie Bond. The latter described the new video as “grotesque”, accusing Meghan’s half- brother of “ultimate betrayal” towards her. A former government minister is said to have called on YouTube to take responsibility by condemning “these online harassment campaigns”. At the end of March, as part of Women's Day, Meghan Markle gave a vibrant speech on the stage of the SXSW festival in Texas, to fight against cyberharassment.
