Meloni to Biden, we support US mediation in the Middle East. Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni said this during the meeting with United States President Joe Biden in the Oval Office at the White House.
"The humanitarian crisis is our number one priority, Italy has concentrated its contribution on this" says Meloni. "We must coordinate actions to avoid an escalation, and we fully support the mediation effort of the United States", adds Meloni, according to a statement from the PM's office.
