One in seven employees in Germany is actively looking for a new employer. 25,652 highly qualified employees were surveyed.
Audi, BMW and Bosch took the top spots for engineers. Apple, Amazon and Google were in demand among IT experts. Allianz, BioNTech, BASF and Bayer emerged as winners for natural scientists. Tesla was still in the top 10, but will no longer appear in the 2023 ranking. But big names such as Porsche and Daimler/Mercedes-Benz have lost percentage points.
