Michelin Guide 2024: two addresses join the very exclusive three-star club. In the list unveiled this Monday, 62 restaurants were promoted by the gastronomic guide, 28 demoted, which brings the number of restaurants to 639.
The big surprise of this 2024 list goes to the second promoted in this category: the Table du Castellet, in the Var. The chef at its head, Fabien Ferré, is only 35 years old. This native of Burgundy, son of chocolatiers, grandson of farmers, becomes the youngest three- star chef.
